Follow your plan and then discuss it in the written report, due by 05/02. This project includes a two-day food record and analysis of your nutritional intake along with an assessment of your physical activity for one week. You will critically evaluate your diet and develop a personal plan for lifestyle changes to benefit your health and well-being. Write in full sentences, research and reference properly, and format your work following APA. The report should include a title page stating your name, course number, term, instructor name, and title. The body of your report should be a minimum of 1500 words and include at least four references. Attach or copy and paste the results of your nutritional analysis at the end of the project. Food Record and Physical Activity Analysis: Choose an average day and record your food intake. Utilizing the MindTap software Track Diet tool, enter all food and drink consumed during that average day. When you have finished recording, use the Reports link at the top of the page to evaluate your nutrition intake.
