Write a paper in which you speak to the question of why colleges and universities plan. Include the following in your paper: Share any insights and questions that emerged during and after the reading. If possible, reference your own experience with strategic planning or with working in an environment where strategic planning was undertaken. Support your assignment with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
