The Project Procurement Management Subsidiary Plan The Procurement Management Plan should be defined to a level of detail to clearly identify the necessary steps and responsibilities for procurement from the beginning to the end of a project.  The project manager must ensure that the plan facilitates the successful completion of the project and does not become a burden of and in itself to manage.  The project manager will work with the project team, the enterprise procurement department, the finance division, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders (as appropriate) to manage the procurement process and activities.
