Sleep Deprivation
Sleep deprivation is something that all students experience due to the amount of study/work that is expected to be completed. As you have read in the chapter, sleep deprivation is not good for our physiological or mental health. Would you be willing to sacrifice a good grade for getting a good eight hours of sleep?
