In this assessment, you are required to write a Ministerial Briefing Paper.  Prepare a briefing paper to the Minister of Transport of TUVALU for him to take up to Cabinet. You should outline for the Minister: The current status of shipping in TUVALU ·Issues and challenges of shipping and their social and economic impacts in TUVALU, Proposed strategies to address the issues and challenges of shipping in TUVALU, How the Minister/Cabinet should prioritise these strategies for implementation. Your Briefing Note MUST NOT exceed 6 A4 pages.  Ministers are extremely busy people. Your job is to present all the required information in a concise, succinct and clear fashion.  You may use tables, flow diagrams and figures where necessary.  They are often good ways to present complicated information easily.
