Systemic Thinking Reflection

This assignment is intended to help you think about how you think. Based on your reading in Chapters 1-4 (especially 4), you should now have some sense of what it means to think systemically. Review Box 4.7 for the systemic thinking habits and think about which ideas really resonate with you. Your goal is to demonstrate that you “get” the idea of systemic thinking and that you can apply it to the way your family of origin functioned.  Write a reference paper of 4-5 pages (APA style, double spaced, plus the title and reference pages. Include the following in your paper: Reflect on your experience of the paradigm shift or epistemological transformation (i.e., the significant change in the way you think or analyze human behavior when you adopt a systemic perspective see the PowerPoint in Week 2) required to inculcate a systemic epistemology Highlight your understanding and application of one of the types of systemic thinking to your family of origin.
