Week 6 Project 2 Working Ahead for W10 Project In W10: Assignment 2, you will complete your second major assignment for this course. For this assignment, you will prepare an executive summary of an evidence-based organizational change to improve one aspect or focus of the healthcare organization’s strategic plan. In W7: Assignment 2, you will submit a draft of this assignment. This week, you can do the following to prepare for this assignment: Develop a rationale for why you are implementing the evidence-based practice change to this issue or area of interest. Begin preparing a literature review of at least two to three peer-reviewed articles related to the selected topic or area of interest. Examine the significance of the qualitative data related to the selected topic or area of interest. Identify one change theory that could apply to your selected topic or area. Submission Details: Submit your documents to the Submissions Area by the due date assigned.
Your literature review should be guided by a central research question. Remember, it is not a collection of loosely related studies in a field but instead represents background and research developments related to a specific research question, interpreted and analyzed by you in a synthesized way.
Tips:
Make sure your research question is not too broad or too narrow. Is it manageable?
Begin writing down terms that are related to your question. These will be useful for searches later.
If you have the opportunity, discuss your topic with your professor.
