Firstly, civilizations involved in war will likely be more concerned with differing national security issues. These issues are highly likely to include cyber threats, and information operations aimed at the core values of other civilizations (Cohen, et al., 2020). For example, cyber threats are likely to be aimed at gathering critical state information, such as technological research and development. This threatens advantages civilizations gain against competitors, both economically and militarily. In regards to information operations, these tactics utilized by civilizations will likely be utilized to prop up their personal ideals and create fissures within competing nations.
