In this assignment, you will write a professional research report on a topic related to operations management (Service Operations) The idea is to go in-depth on a topic that interests you personally and professionally, and explain it to me. REQUIREMENTS Audience. For example, say you are interested in Total Quality Management (TQM). Your audience might have heard of it, but doesn’t really know what it is. So your job is to explain it to them. What does it TQM mean? Where does it come from? How do you apply it? Is it effective? Pretend you are explaining the topic to a friend, co-worker, or family member. What would you have to tell them so they feel like they have a good understanding of it? Format. Your research report will introduce the topic; provide context and details; analyze and evaluate it; and conclude with some basic recommendations. At least three (3) sources should be cited. Plagiarism will result in a grade of zero.
