[SOLVED] Walking Meditation
Meditation is a process of focusing on something. With a walking meditation, one goes outside to walk among the trees or in a garden or in nature. Walk for 15 minutes not thinking about anything but what you see in the beauty of nature, paying special attention to everything with your senses. What do you hear, see, touch, feel, taste? In essay form (introduction, body and conclusion) answer the following questions when you have completed the Walking Meditation: Describe what the experience of not thinking was like for you. What were you aware of outside? What do you feel when you are out in nature? Did you learn any lessons or anything about yourself while you were walking? What is mindfulness and how does it increase personal and environmental awareness? Why might a holistic approach like this be effective in a multicultural context?
