Identify Flaws |Get Solution

Leaders do not always frame the problems that abound in the organization for all to know. Morgan (2011) suggested that leaders put their decisions to the test by communicating. Morgan (2011) also stated a gambit of questions for the people of the organization to pose; How did it happen? Why didn’t anyone in office know about it? Why did it take so long for the problems to surface? What good news can come from this? In the government the main question is ‘will this pass the newspaper headline test’. Which is to say if this issue goes to press will the City, County, State, or Federal Government, look bad? When leaders start communicating their plans the staff can identify flaws that cause issues such as bankruptcies, headline tests, and force reductions. Putting the leader’s decisions to the test would be to communicate it to the entire organization. Communication is a rare trait to find in a manager, as most would like to work out issues alone. Should we question leaders/leadership? Reference: Morgan, N. (2001, November) Put your decisions making to the test: Communicate. Harvard Management Communication Letter, 4(11) p1-3 R

Production-consumption System |Get Solution

In this activity, you will watch a brief video exploring where consumer goods come from and end up, then answer questions about the environmental impact of this system, and consider what sociological theory can offer in terms of explanations and potential solutions. This 2007 video about the lifecycle of consumer products was an instant sensation in YouTube’s early days. The producer, Annie Leonard, provides a sharp critique of our production and consumption system. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GorqroigqM&feature=emb_logo Respond to the questions below, paying particular attention to the later questions regarding sociological theory and analysis. Your mini-paper should be formatted as a typical essay or research paper; use the questions as a guide to help structure your paper, but do not simply make a list of your responses. What is the linear production-consumption system? In Leonard’s view, what is the relationship between corporations and the government? How does that matter to the environment? What are some marketing and design strategies that exacerbate environmental degradation? Are marginalized communities represented in this video? In what way(s)? Do you agree with Leonard’s assessment? What sociological theories or perspectives might help you make your argument? For example, do you think Conflict Theorists would agree with Leonard’s assessment, and if so, what additional arguments or explanations might they add to Leonard’s argument?

Use Of Fossil Fuels |Get Solution

Proposal to work off of with teacher feedback included: Is the use of fossil fuels in India worth the environmental cost? I am interested in this topic as it relates to a developing economy that is currently in its industrial revolution, and I find studying the economics of developing countries to be of interest. As other countries develop, they will also begin to utilize more nonrenewable energy to “fuel” their economic growth and development. Is fueling this economic growth with nonrenewable energy worth the overall environmental cost? To answer this question, I will attempt to gauge and measure the increased use of fossil fuels and other nonrenewable energy sources utilized by India over the past 30 years, primarily by tracking Co2 emission levels year over year. I will then measure environmental costs associated with this increase in nonrenewable energy as it pertains to not only India’s environment, but also the global environment. Next, I will measure the standard of living increase and overall GDP growth of India as it correlates to increased nonrenewable energy use.  This question is important as other developing countries in the future will most likely be driven to ramp up fossil fuel usage as they become more developed, as nonrenewable energy is very cheap.   FEEDBACK: You need to talk about alternative energy sources (what would be the case if instead of 90% ff, India utilizes 70% (for example) ff, replace the rest with cleaner energy, or even use gas instead of coal? The economic impact and environmental impact. And just keep in mind, one of the reasons that fossil fuel is cheap is not including the damages it causes (we like to think it’s cheap).
