Think about a project that you have been involved in or of which you have knowledge. What types of project estimation problems were there? What caused them? How were they resolved? 7. Think about a project that you have been involved in or one of which you have knowledge. Was there a communication plan? What types of communication issues were encountered? What caused them? How were they resolved?8. Using the industry you are currently in or will be a part of in the future, discuss the types of challenges you foresee encountering as a project manager. Develop an essay on what an ideal ethical organization would be. What would be the characteristics of leadership? Training? Employees? How does one create such an organization as a change agent if the existing organization is rife with corruption? You are expected to write professionally with correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar, developing your topic and providing solid examples from our readings, your own research, or your own experiences to back up your statements. The paper must include a minimum of 3 references (outside of the course text), with at least one reference from a peer-reviewed academic journal (peer-reviewed references should be highlighted in bold type in the reference list).

HR and Global Ethics Examine two (2) of the major HR ethical issues multinational corporations face when operating globally. Recommend two (2) preventative actions that HR departments can take in order to lessen the occurrence of these ethical issues. Be sure to provide a rationale for your response.

 Which of the following do you feel is the best approach when dealing with foreign bribery? Why? Ethical Relativism: There are no universal or international rights and wrongs; it all depends on a particular culture’s values and beliefs.Ethical Absolutism: You follow your own cultural values no matter where you are.Ethical Universalism: There are fundamental principles of right and wrong which transcend cultural boundaries and MNEs must adhere to these values. Which of these ethical viewpoints might choose to criminalize foreign bribery? Do you think that is an appropriate strategy?

At the beginning of this course, you completed an inventory with regards to yourself as a manager and then completed a reflective piece on your results.  Therefore, as we head to the end of this course read the attached piece, “Management vs. Leadership:  Five ways they are different.”  written by Liz Ryan, Forbes Magazine.  Then reflect on where you are in the process of becoming a manager/leader and identify 2-3 areas that you now think are strengths and why.  Then identify one area for growth and why.
