The Assignment: Write a first draft of the argument paper that will be 5-6 pages. This should focus on our theme of “How technology is affecting and changing communication for people?” The purpose is to present your side to this one issue and narrow topic and present one opposing view. One of the themes of the course is that behaviors, attitudes, values, and concepts are often shaped by the stories we pass along and tell ourselves and each other. Do we see examples of this in our society? What examples do you know of where we tell ourselves things that may or may not be true, but which reinforce a behavior?
