For the final project of this course you will complete a poster project of your capstone project. You will present your project in a voice thread. Your poster project and presentation of information should be completed in a fashion similar to presentations that are accepted and presented at nursing conferences around the country.

Case study: The patient is a 32 y/o single Hispanic female, who explains that she has very few friends and goes out of her way to help others. However, she feels everyone seems to have abandoned her. She then burst into tears. Patient was observed to be pacing around in the office, making wild hand gestures to explain the reason why she is at clinic.
